POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a type of coating that is extremely durable and cost effective. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat. Although durable and cost-effective, powder coating requires baking at high temperatures which means materials that can melt are not ideally suited for powder coating.

However, we can powder coat many types of materials such as wood, glass and most types of metals including aluminium, copper, brass and mild steel with a wide range of colours to choose from.
